Delhi University Seeks Associate – Delhi University, in their campaign to fill their 2024 staff requirement, is hiring 313 Associate Professors in various disciplines. Persons willing to apply for these positions should possess Ph.D. degree, a Master degree with minimum 55% marks for the post of Professor, and for the post of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor a Master degree with minimum 55% marks along with teaching/research experience of not less than eight years in a university.

Also, it is required that the applicants have at least seven publications in the peer-reviewed journals in order to guarantee that academic contribution of the applicants corresponds to the level of the university. This recruitment is another continuation of University’s endeavours to emphasize on developing high quality research and teaching throughout disciplines including History, Political Science, Psychology, and Law departments.

The scholarship application is online and the fees range depending on category; candidates should apply by October 24, 2024. The process of recruiting involves two stages: first stage is a review of the Curriculum vitae in light of academic achievements and Second stage that involves interviewing of the shortlisted candidates. Such personnel will be offered Academic Pay Level 13A with a pay scale of ₹ 1,31,400 – ₹ 2,17,100 and other allowances.
