Allahabad University Online Applications – The University of Allahabad has started its 2025 teacher recruitment process for 321 faculty roles which comprise 129 Assistant Professor and 127 Associate Professor and 65 Professor positions spread across different departments. From April 11 2025 to May 2 2025 the online application portal is activated for recruitment. The official recruitment portal on https://curec.samarth.ac.in provides the application platform for interested candidates.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) defines the eligibility requirements for all positions in these recruitments. To qualify for teaching as an Assistant Professor job candidates need a Master’s degree or higher with 55% marks and valid NET certification or a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Candidates who apply for Associate Professor and Professor positions need to present evidence of a Ph.D. in their field of expertise combined with teaching or research experience of at least eight years and ten years, respectively.

The application payment amounts to ₹2,000 for General, OBC and EWS candidates yet SC/ST candidates need only pay ₹1,000 but PwD candidates only need to pay ₹100. The recruitment begins by simplifying candidates through qualification and experience screening before moving on to conduct face-to-face interviews.
