AMC Launches Recruitment – Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) will soon start recruitment process for two Deputy Chief Officer (Fire) positions through 2025 selection. The upcoming recruitment will create two positions as part of AMC’s fire safety and emergency management team to which suitable candidates can apply.

To apply for the Deputy Chief Officer (Fire) position at AMC candidates must show both academic qualifications and physical measurements exceeding 165 cm (160 cm for Scheduled Tribes from Gujarat) while having unexpanded chest measurements of 81 cm expanding to 86 cm. Candidates can apply through the portal between January 22, 2025 and February 5, 2025 for position admission. General candidates must pay ₹500 application fees yet students from the EWS, SEBC, SC, and ST categories will need to pay ₹250 application fees.
